VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We believe that everyone has something to offer to others. All of us can make a difference. At Open Bible we say that no one “just does” anything, because everything we do to serve others is meaningful and valuable. These volunteer opportunities are also great ways to get to know people.
A key verse that drives us to serve is Mark 10:45 “For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many.”
HERE ARE SOME KEY WAYS THAT YOU CAN VOLUNTEER AT OBC ON AN ONGOING BASIS
- JAM (Jesus And Me) Kids Church Contact: Sarah Lentzkow
- ONE YTH Students – Serving as an adult volunteer with our middle school and high school students. Contact: Brian Jacobsen
- Audio/Visual Team – This team oversees the sound, video, and lighting production for our main services and other events as well. Contact: Brian Jacobsen
- Greeting Team – These are the cheerful people that greet everyone and make them feel welcome on Sundays. This team includes greeters, ushers, and other hospitality people. Contact Pastor Jason Minikus
